1.1 We provide academic writing support, editing, proofreading, formatting, and related services (e.g. personal statements, scholarship essays, SOPs).
1.2 We do not submit completed work on behalf of customers. Our role is guidance, editing, mentoring, proofreading.
1.3 All services are delivered to the email address or account provided by the customer.
1.4 Rush orders (e.g., 24h, 48h turnaround) may incur extra fees and cannot be guaranteed in extraordinary conditions (server downtime, force majeure).
2. Eligibility & Use
2.1 You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with academic policies.
2.3 You may not use our Services for plagiarism, cheating, or other academic dishonesty.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Ordering, Payment & Refunds
3.1 Order Placement: You submit project instructions, files, and select service options.
3.2 Payment: All payments are processed via third‑party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store full credit card data.
3.3 Refunds & Revisions: We may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion, especially if quality guarantees are not met.
3.4 Revisions are allowed per the policy (e.g. 2 rounds within 7 days) if the original instructions are followed.
3.5 No refunds or revisions for orders canceled after work has begun.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty-free license to use your uploaded materials solely for fulfilling the service.
4.2 Upon final delivery and full payment, you own the rights to the deliverables.
4.3 We reserve the right to anonymize and use parts of the deliverables as examples or case studies (without revealing personal data).
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
5.1 We strive to deliver high-quality work, but no guarantee is provided that your university, scholarship board, or third party will accept it.
5.2 We do not guarantee grades, admissions, or scholarship awards.
5.3 The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties – express or implied – to the fullest extent allowed by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from using (or inability to use) the Services. In any case, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that particular service.
